On August 2023, during the course Digital Facilitator & Trainer course organized in Constanta, we promoted the results of the STIT project represented by the online course “Online training course for VET staff“. With this initiative, the forward-thinking course extends its impact beyond the project’s partner staff, disseminating invaluable pedagogical practices to a broader audience.

The course specifically caters to teachers, staff, and mentors seeking practical tools to navigate the challenges of distance learning, particularly when it comes to serving students with disabilities or Special Educational Needs (SEN). Acknowledging the inherent need for educators to move beyond theoretical foundations, the results of the STIT project offered real-world strategies to enhance their ability to facilitate inclusive learning experiences.

Participants in the Digital Facilitator & Trainer course were given the unique opportunity to enroll online, actively engage with the piloted STIT course, and provide essential feedback. This interactive approach not only ensures the course’s relevance and effectiveness but also encourages a collaborative community of educators dedicated to fostering inclusive education. They went through the platform, visited the video courses, passed the test and took the certificates.
